Bringing coaches together in a shared training space

As a young coach I started in a very traditional gym setting. I would squeeze into a 40 sq. ft office with about 20+ trainers. Yes, you read that right. Literally speaking, It was one of the most tight knit groups I’ve ever worked with. One of the biggest perks I got out of starting my career in a gym like this, was the added benefit of 20+ other minds. We all had different backgrounds and added immensely to each other’s toolbox of knowledge. From across the gym you may see someone do an exercise, overhear someone give an explanation or watch as someone deals with a challenging situation, and log into your mind to ask them about it later in the break room. I’m forever grateful for everything I learned during these in between bites of conversation with other hard working individuals. I want to bring this support to our community of hardworking and spread out professionals in the industry.
